Multipurpose Stationary Crane with Boom MMSBC5T

Stationary crane that lifts/lowers masts of vessels up to 2 t of capacity is no longer efficient. Therefore, we have produced a new ecological multipurpose stationary crane with boom that is missing in the market and is not produced in any European country,
and that is:

Multipurpose stationary crane with boom with electric drive – with capacity of 5 t/ height from ground 19 m/ rotation 360°.

ECOLOGICAL MULTIPURPOSE STATIONARY CRANE WITH ELECTRIC DRIVE that we present is with electric drive, very efficient, of 5t capacity, height from ground 19 m, of 5 t capacity, 360° rotation. It is ideal for implementation in marines, overhaul shipyards, harbors, city ports and boat docks etc, etc.
It is used for:

Lifting/lowering and serving masts of sailboats up to 30 m in length, several examples:

  • HANSE 588 (sloop) mast length 25,85 m,
  • LAGOON 60 (catamaran) mast length 30,00 m,
  • SUNREEF 80 (catamaran) mast length 30,50 m,
  • SWAN (sloop) mast length 26,50 m,

Lifting/lowering vessels up to 30 feet in length,
several examples:

  • JANNEAU MERRY FISHER 895 (29” feet) 3060 kg width 2.99 m,
  • PILOTA BENETAU FLYER (29’10” feet) 3354 kg width 2.99 m,
  • CRANCHI E26 RIDER (26’7” feet) 2300 kg width 2.49 m,
  • AXOPAR Brabus Shadow 500, (31’00” feet), width 2.95 m
  • JOKER Clubman 32, (32’00” feet), 2,500 kg, width 3.26 m

It is customary that owners of existing self-propelled lifts (travelifts) of greater capacity (from 75 t) perform operations of lifting and lowering smaller vessels, which is not justified from several reasons (primarily time, financial, redemption…).

Travelifts, which have also a smaller JIB crane (up to 2 t capacity at the most, which costs up to 40,000 €), by lifting and lowering mast (only up to 15 m in length), waste precious time that could be used for operations on queuing vessels , wasting not only time, but also a significant income.

Technical parameters:

  • Operating range: max. 10 m
  • Lifting height: max. 19 m
  • Capacity: max. 5,000 kg
  • Rotations speed: 5.00 – 1.25 m/min
  • Rotation: 360 degrees continually
  • Revolutions: inverter 0/0.5 RPM
  • IP: 55
  • Power supply: Voltage: 400V Hz: 50
  • Power: 22 kW
  • Operating temperature: 0 to +40 °C
  • Electric drive supplier: NORD, SEW-EURODRIVE
  • Slewing ring supplier: ZAFAMA Fero System

Certificates:

  • Classification of mechanism: UNI EN 4301

The crane comprises of:

  • “H” beam of dimensions 3.5 m x 3.5 m and capacity 5 tons;
  • Two (2) bends for “H” beam (client decides on bend length);
  • Steel support bracket for cementation (reinforced concrete) in offshore suitable for the purpose. Client identifies the place;
  • Assembling of the crane on previously cemented supporting bracket;
  • Technical layouts – referring to dead weight plates of reinforced concrete that should be placed in the ballast box of the crane; the purpose for this is to make possible for the client to make these plates by himself.

    Note: LIMIT PLUS Ltd. offers already made dead weight plates of reinforced concrete for placing in the ballast box as accessory, therefore these are not included in the price. If a client wants to order them, dead weight plates are charged additionally.
